Design lead for onboarding experiences across all Zendesk products; specifically focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Helped transition Tempest, a proprietary publishing platform, into a consumer-facing digital product.
Distilled customer and market research components into tangle concepts for a high-profile client. Deliverables included scenarios, wireframes, and flows.
Designed native mobile experiences for iOS and Android. Also assisted other in-house teams conceptualize and define new strategies and tools for their web products from the mobile perspective.
Developed a consistent system of email announcements for events, tracked participation, reviewed student portfolios, and fostered Austin’s growing design community.
Branded and typeset an emerging flash fiction journal that grew into an official nonprofit literary publication.
